Do you have an office in Germany?
No. Our studio is in Birkenhead, Auckland, New Zealand, and we work with German clients from there — we already build and support software for a business in Berlin. New Zealand is 10–12 hours ahead of Germany, so we agree a regular meeting time that suits both ends of the day.
Do you build software with the GDPR in mind?
Yes. We design with the GDPR (DSGVO) in mind — data minimisation, consent, access controls and clear data flows — and can support the documentation your data protection officer needs.
Can our application and data be hosted in Germany or the EU?
